1969- At the city of Campana, province of Buenos Aires, in the Argentine Republic, it is founded "The Experimental Theatre Center", the first step of what La Comedia de Campana is today. That Institution, composed mostly by young students, put in scene the following plays:
1970- "El Túnel", by Guillermo Rodoni.
1971- "Farsa del Corazón" ("The heart's story"), by Atilio Betti
1973- "La Vida que te di" ("Life I gave you"), by Luigi Pirandello
1973- The Government of Campana proposed to the Experimental Theatre Center the organization and setting up of a theatre school. So it burns the Municipal Theatre School, directed by Guillermo Rodoni, where people can learn the techniques to practice theatre trough in a career of two years with five main items, as: History of the Theatre, Reading and understanding theatre plays, Introduction to Dance, Voice Education and Dramatic Art.
1974- At the end of the first year of work, it is put in scene the play "Israfel", by Abelardo Castillo, as a special show of the students with the participation of the actors and actresses of the Experimental Theatre Center.
1974- With the first actresses and actors that had completed La Comedia de Campana, a Institution that by that epoch was official, as a part of the Culture Department of the Municipality. For that instance it was made the representation of the plays: "La Isla Desierta" ("The desert Island"), by Roberto Arlt, y "La Lista" ("The List"), by Agustín Vigo Giai.

*La Comedia de Campana took part in "Teatro Abierto", the main cultural opposition to the military dictatorial process in Argentina.
*In 1984, the Institution is elected as one of the two Argentine Independent Groups to officially represent our country in the "First Latin-American Theatre Festival Cordoba '84".
*In 1991 the Institution performed a version specially adapted for Radio-Theatre, of the play "Pedro y el Capitán" ("Pedro and the Captain"), by the Uruguayan playwright Mario Benedetti.
~~La Comedia de Campana, since the begining till now, has formed 122 actors and actresses, who took part in its performances..
~~Until 1995, the school and workshops of La Comedia de Campana, have received 753 students of different ages.
~~Until 1996 the Institution is no more an official theatre, passing to be an Independent Theatre Group.
~~La Comedia de Campana has got the best response from public and criticism and most of its actors and actresses were rewarded many times. During 1997 the Group was named Regional Comedy of the Province of Buenos Aires, a distintion which is obtained annualy after the participation in the Regional Festival. This year 1999, by second time, the Institution occupies the same rol.
~~ En 1997 La Comedia de Campana has been declared of "official interest" by a resolution of the Chamber of Representators of the Province of Buenos Aires.
~~In January 1998, La Comedia de Campana is invited by Dn. Enrique Buenaventura to perform in the room of the Teatro Experimental de Cali (T.E.C.) in Colombia. Since January 26th to February 17th, the Gruoup performed in that house the plays: "Haciendo Tiempo", by Eduardo Pogoriles, and "No hay que mostrar la cola!", by Guillermo Rodoni, with the best resonance on calenian people.
~~In July 1998, La Comedia de Campana has obtained its most ambitious project, which was to get its own theatre room. Its name is Teatro del Sol (Theatre of the Sun). Actually all the workshops take place there, an so it happens with the public performances, which take place every Saturdays and Sundays.

In the Event, Rodoni has been distinguished with the award for the work developed by him for the benefit of Argentinean Theater.

~~ In July 2004 Guillermo Rodoni took part in the AITA/IATA Council Meeting in Havanna, Cuba, where the 8th Internacional Children and YouthTheatre Festival was developed.
~~ In December 2004 he is invited by the Colombian Network of Comunity Theatre to be part of the Discussion Forum of the 9th National Comunity Youth Theatre Meeting that takes place in the city of Medellin organized by Corporación Cultural Nuestra Gente.
~~ In February 2005 Guillermo Rodoni is invited to visit the Republic of Estonia, in Eastern Europe, to establish a closer relationship between the Estonian Amateur Theatre Association and the Argentine independent theatre.
~~ In August of the same year, in Monaco, the AITA/IATA General Assembly elects Guillermo Rodoni for being part of its Executive Board in the post of Spanish Speaking Secretary.
~~ At the end of this same month La Comedia de Campana took part in the National Theatre Festival of Rio Ceballos, in the Argentine Province of Cordoba, performing the play Viejas Fotos ("Old Photos") by Néstor Sabatini.
~~ In October 2005 La Comedia de Campana took part in the Meeting Place 2005 A tribute to Hans Christian Andersen, in the city of Esbjerg, in Denmark. In that event the group performed the opening of the play El Niño Travieso ("The Mischievous Child"), especially written for that purpose by the Argentine playwright Alejandro Finzi, based upon Andersen's tale "The Naughty Boy".
~~ In November 2005, La Comedia de Campana took part in the 10th National Community Youth Theatre Meeting, organized by Corporación Cultural Nuestra Gente in the city of Medellin..There, the group put in scene two plays: No hay que mostrar la cola ("One must not show the tail"), especially remade for that event, and Como un puñal en las carnes ("As a dagger in the flesh").
Since 1998, La Comedia de Campana manages its own theatre room whose name is "Teatro del Sol". Lots of artists and theatre groups from Argentina and abroad are permanently welcome to perform there. .
At the present, "Teatro del Sol" is the official house of the South American Regional Alliance of Theatre (SARA) in Argentina.
Guillermo Rodoni is Member of the Executive Board (Spanish Speaking Secretary) of the World Theatre Organization AITA / IATA, NGO officially related with UNESCO, composed by more than 100 countries from 5 continents, .
